Chris Peck overcame many obstacles to ensure I was able to purchase a business I had been working at for almost 25 years. At times, he would not follow my instructions. This was frustrating but he was always challenging me when I wanted to do things he thought were not in my best interest. He would not let me do anything he thought I would be angry about later. At the end of the day, he was able to get the deal across the finish line where many others would have failed. He is very knowledgeable, he likes to negotiate/debate and he gives 110%. Chris assisted my wife and I with the purchase of our first business recently. Chris has been my attorney for closing on the sale of 2 different businesses. The business broker I was working with at the time referred me to Chris on the sale of my first business back in 2001. Chris made it so easy on the sale that I didn't even consider another attorney on the sale of my business in 2018. The recent transaction was large and the buyer's representation was out of state. So, there was a lot going on between the two parties. First, Chris knows what he is doing when it comes to the legal side of the sale/purchase of a business. There are a lot of legal terms and processes and Chris was very patient in explaining it all to my wife and me. Secondly, the emotional component of selling or buying a business can be like a roller coaster ride for the seller/buyer and it is not something for which you can prepare. Chris does a great job handling emotions with the client as well. Again, he was patient listening to my wife and me as we became anxious during the process. Basically, he would calm us down. And finally, he has stayed in contact after the transaction to finish up on the small details that may linger.

Chris goes above and beyond to get the best deals done for his clients. He is far from an attorney that just fills in the blanks he makes sure clients fully understand all parts of a transaction and offers his experience on how to get to the best possible solution.
