Small companies beware. His work - when eventually delivered - was good, but getting there was painful. I since moved on. Chris is unreliable in his response to any form of communication. It is not uncommon for him to take 2-3 days to respond to a simple request for ETA/timeline. Other times ETAs were simply not met. This lack of communication and follow through has affected my business with my clients negatively. Also make sure you ask for all documents in Word, not PDF.
