I rated Joseph Nichols 5 stars because he was so helpful and professional in helping me to complete my paperwork for filling Chapter 7. I think he need a raise because he was just that good. Thanks Joe for everything you did for me.

Everyone was friendly, positive, and informative. My 1st meeting was on a Monday with an upbeat lady who started my day off great (I hate I don’t remember her name). Next I will meet with Joseph Nichols, who I spent most of my time throughout the entire process. He was great to work with, he put in some leg work, I can tell he didn’t mind helping me. He got me through the most challenging part, The Paperwork. I thank God for looking up John T Orcutt. I went to my meeting with the creditors, and Again smooth sailing... My attorney and his assistant had my back. All the leg work Joe did paid off, I walked out of there a happy woman!!!

Took a friend there and was helped by the sweet loving Mrs. Tina Moore. I recommend her to anyone who needs help. She is very thorough and compassionate to your needs

Mr. Orcutt and his team are extremely professional and the best in the field when it comes to resolving debt/financial matters. They will guide you through the process and with the information you receive, can decide which is the best course of action for your situation. There is no pressure to make sell or make you one of their clients, its a very relaxing atmosphere. After an initial consult you will realize on your own that their team is the best at what they do in all of North Carolina. I initially started talking to their team in Greensboro and they were great , but when I moved to Raleigh, I decided to transfer over to their Six Forks office. Both offices were amazing. They helped me out tremendously and were always available to answer questions, not matter how trivial they may have seemed. I have to give a special thanks to Mr. Joshua Gudmens as he was the paralegal that was assigned to me. Very well versed in legal matters of financial nature, easy to reach via email which is my preferred method of communication these days since we all live busy lives. I would recommend the Law Offices of John T. Orcutt and his team to my closest friends and family if they ran into any type of financial difficulties and that speaks volumes on how much trust I put in their abilities. To this day there is a stigma associated with bankruptcy, however it can happened to the most successful and intelligent people. With how unpredictable the job market can be, medical bills or other life event can put you in a situation where this may be the smartest move you ever make. Don't wait around until things spiral out of control, explore your option with their guidance. I wish I had got in touch with them sooner .They make the whole process quick and painless. All is well that ends well. Give them a call . I feel like i got a second chance at life, can breathe again and get a descent nights sleep, something I haven't been able to do in years.
