I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this office during an unfortunate time of needing to file bankruptcy. I was especially impressed with Mrs. Tina Moore. She has been so helpful. Mrs. Moore was very professional and personable. I truly love her heart, spirit and passion for what she does in helping others. I would recommend this office for anyone needing this type of assistance. Simply the BEST!!!!

Law Office of John Orcutt's Raleigh Branch was an amazing experience from the front desk welcome, to filing with Tina Moore. Everyone made sure I felt welcome during the process. I was assigned to Tina Moore to prepare my paperwork for filing. Ms. Tina is awesome, great customer service and very very experienced in her role. She made sure I was well informed on my decision to file and held my hand through the process. I had tons of questions Ms. Tina happily answered them all with a smile. If I needed to email her a question she responded quickly, quicker than I had expected. During my filing process I was months behind on my car, worried about it being taken by my bank, however Ms. Tina made sure I was on top of my files and having everything done in an appropriate fashion to prevent my car from being taken. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Ms Tina and to the entire staff at the Raleigh Branch.

Just a few words to describe the GREAT Experience I have recently had with The Law Office of John T. Orcutt in Raleigh, NC. I thought about the Bankruptcy process (Chapter 13) for a few weeks and was very indecisive on this process. After my initial Consultation and was advised I did qualify, I was referred to the next step with a very informative and kind Gentleman .... Mr. Joe Nichols ... !!! a Professional Paralegal in the Raleigh, NC office. Mr Nichols answered MANY QUESTIONS and FEARS that I had regarding the process and how it works, along with satisfying my major concerns about my future. I am 70 years old and have always had a 800 plus credit score ..... but in the past few years, I was "overwhelmed" with circumstances I had no control over. The people at John T. Orcutt Law Offices in Raleigh have been such a help ....... I do not know how I would have pulled thru my particular situation.
