I never thought that I would file for bankruptcy, but working hard to just have much of my income go toward bills was just too much. I couldn't believe how much money I saved by not having those bills. Tina Moore was the paralegal that I've worked with, and I love her personality! She was very funny, but she knew her stuff. She was efficient, clear, thorough, and very upbeat. I could only imagine how hard it could be to have such a wonderful personality while dealing with tons, and tons, and tons of paper work on a daily basis. I also liked the receptionist downstairs. Sorry that I don't know her name, but she's a sweet and kind lady. She offered me coffee on my first visit, which kind of surprised me. I wasn't expecting that. The entire office looks relaxed as if the employees actually liked working there. And I really love how the website is set up. It isn't cold and dry, but very reader friendly. I felt like the website was talking directly to me. I have read the reviews from other people and I appreciate how Mr. Orcutt responds to particularly negative reviews by offering solutions. I was a bit surprised that he even offered his own cell phone number to one individual who had a bad experience. That's how a business owner with integrity should run a business. So, thank you to everybody at the Law Office of John Orcutt at the Six Forks location for the wonderful job that you're doing!

I am SO pleased with the service I received here. Going through this I thought would be a nightmare but from the beginning initial visit I was treated amazing and everyone from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and they take your case seriously. I cant rave enough about Tina Moore and you should be lucky if you get her. She explains everything in detail where you can understand each step and she is willing to lose sleep for her clients and you can tell she LOVES what she does! She is always available for questions and always has a smile on her face and so confident on what they can do and stopped me on having a meltdown on SEVERAL occasions with her confidence. Filing bankruptcy JT Orcutt is the place to go. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The paralegal that assisted my husband and myself was the best, his name is Joseph Nichols he takes his time with you and explain the process in details step by step, I've had several paralegals and none can come as close to his experience. I chose this particular location as it is near a place I do business with. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism that Tara and Tina provided. Obviously, anxiety can play a part in the process and both of them helped me feel at ease by explaining things in a succinct manner. I am glad I chose this office though I'm certain I'd have received equal service at any of their locations.

I am a single mother and have been going through an awful time behind on my mortgage and all other bills. I have had horrible anxiety and weeks of little sleep. I worked with Connie Nichols to help start my process and she was extremely helpful and assured me repeatedly that things are going to be ok. Three attempts to foreclosure I finally had enough, The stress and the calls just became overbearing and the finally kicker was the sale date. With 4 days left until the sale of the home that I've been in for almost 8 yrs just know I had just about given up. Just know the lenders are not as willing to negotiate as they may seem. Its in there best interest to foreclose than to negotiate; political and interest. With no resolution in place Law Offices of John T Orcutt's commercial appears, you know, "Bills Bills Bills". As I sit and ponder with my last option, I felt it was to late for bankruptcy. With Prayer, I made the call and was given an appointment for the next day. Feeling doubtful but forcing spirits to be high I made the appointment and qualified. I am a straight to the point person and don't need all the frills and dreams. Well, Joseph Nichols was the absolute best, Tara, who was great with the intake process, marked "hot" and she assigned me to Joe and said this guy is great and will walk you through the next steps. Joe immediately went to work. Today was my signing and as I'm walking down the stairs from Joe's office, I thought to myself, "who walks with a smile after filing bankrupt". Me, no more stressful calls or sleepless nights! I never planned for this but I'm sure glad John T Orcutt did.
