The employees at John T. Orcutt have been phenomenal and professional during a very trying time for me and my husband. They have been in our corner at every turn making the process as favorable and manageable for us as possible. Even when we thought they had done all they could for us paralegal Charlene Ennemoser went a step further and managed to discharge 2 liens on our property. I would like to express a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service that Tina Moore has provided me. My initial visit with her was on May 7, 2019. She was very attentive and went to great lengths to answer all my questions and concerns. Her calm and patient manner helped ease my anxiety when it was at an all-time high. They are great when helping you file your bankruptcy but once you are in a plan it is very difficult to get anyone to assist you or call you back when you have questions. The lady that answers the phone is very rude.

I am finally able to get a good night sleep! Thanks to John Orcutt and Mr John Nichols. He made a tough decision easy. His customer service, professional empathy and compassion, and knowledge of finance and bankruptcy reassured me that I was doing the right thing and in the right place.He always answered my emails and returned my calls. My experience at the Law Offices of John T Orcutt was amazing. The staff is very professional and friendly. My experience with Joseph Joe Nichols was amazing as well I had so many questions and worries and Joe had an answer for all of my concerns. Tara and Taylor were so easy to deal with, they have made this experience, which is something that goes against the principles and howI was raised, comfortable.
