Bankruptcy is a hard thing to have to deal with but Joe Nichols was amazing!!! He helped me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and helped me to understand the process. He was available every time I needed him and I am truly grateful! Thank you Joe!

When you have to file bankruptcy, you feel this deep sense of failure as an adult. At least that was my experience until I called into this office. Immediately from talking to Tara Pepper, and Joseph Nichols, I felt at ease. They made me feel comfortable about the decision to file bankruptcy, and that I had the power to take my life back. Joseph Nichols was great he was on top of everything and real quick to answer my questions and very prompt at returning emails. He did an excellent job for me and was spot on for Information.

The initial ladies were awesome helpful, the post bancruptcy people are short and rude not very nice. But the ones I started with and convinced me to file are awesome. I guess once they get your money your not as important as you were before h you paid. I guess I might fill better when all is said and done

Just got off the phone with a rude lady that does the switch board. She was VERY rude as I was explaining to her what I was told to press. She hung up on me.

The staff here is amazing! Any questions or concerns i had were addressed and Joseph Nichols was and is always there for me through the process. This was my first time having to ever file bankruptcy so at first i was scared and felt bad i was going through this process after my separation but everyone made me feel comfortable through my process and most importantly it was affordable.

Ask for Connie Nichols!!!! As soon as I was connected with Connie she got to work right away answering all of my questions and fears and what options did I have. She has the patience of an angel. She explained to me every step in detail and that she already started communicating with a lawyer. During our initial consult she made sure to give me her direct line and ways I can reach her at a moments notice. I appreciate how she made sure to remind me to ask any questions I had and that she was there for me during this part of my journey. The following day she had called me to advise me of all of the options the lawyer had relayed to her for me. I felt so cared for and that my situation mattered. Thank you Connie!
