Tara Pepper was an oasis in my desert of financial debt! She was really interested in my personal story as well as my financial story. She realized the the numbers alone did not tell the full story. I have a good experience with the Raleigh office. Especially Anna Munzo, who was very friendly , smart, helpful, and answer my questions that I had, and detailed in explaining my filing with Bankruptcy case. She was very organized and I was good getting everything that she needed. Also, I am glad that Anna Munzo took over my file due to the previous person that I started out with(Matt). Due to getting another job. He was good at our initial visit. But very happy and please with Anna Munzo, who stepped in when Matt left.

I highly recommend Law Offices of John T. Orcutt. From making an appointment via live chat to speaking to a paralegal, the entire process was painless. Although my situation did not qualify for the programs offered at that office, Tara Pepper equipped me with a wealth of information. Although I needed to visit this office for an unfortunate situation in my life, Tara made the process not seem as horrific as I initially thought it was.

Orcutt's commercial for debt relief, it took me about 2 months to call because I was going to try to do it on my own! When that didn't work I broke down and called to schedule an appointment! I even thought about calling and cancelling my appointment! I'm so glad I didn't! I met with Tara Pepper and she was awesome!! She answered all my questions, she made the process easy and she put my mind as ease! If you're thinking about filing for bankruptcy don't hesitate! Give these guys a call their awesome!!

I kick myself for not doing this sooner. However, I got referred by a friend who filed bankruptcy with John T. Orcutt. I admit I was nervous about the process yet Ana and Joe helped me tremendously in understanding the process for filing. If you think about doing this, I recommend at least during the consultation.

Today when I walk into the Office of John Orcutt, I had no idea what I would run into. The receptionists was so friendly and then Ms. Pepper, just top it off with her very good and chipper attitude and that really top it off. It felt like I was sitting and talking to a friend and that felt good. She gave me a pleasant understanding of everything and then she listen. Thank you for the start of a good day.

I definitely recommend this office if you're considering filing for bankruptcy. I came in because I'd been served by one of my credit cards, after struggling to pay minimums for the year of my separation and divorce. When you come in for a consultation they will go through everything with you, find the best plan for you, and for me I felt so much relief that I didn't have to figure it all out on my own. Joe Nichols handled putting my case together, and he was professional, easy to communicate and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I just had my court date yesterday, the whole process only took me a few months.
