My representative, Joseph Nichols was professional, thorough and friendly during a difficult time. Emails were responded to promptly and phone calls were almost always answered. One time I had to leave a message because he was with another client, but he called me back five minutes later. I always felt confident that I was being given the proper information and often felt more like a friend than a client. I would highly recommend the John T. Orcutt office to anyone in need of help.

I can't say how grateful we are for this office. Joe Nicholas got our case the second time around and when he heard about our case he jumped right on it and started working. He kept us in the loop with everything he and the office were doing. Covid has affected us as well as many others and Joe was right there to listen and give us guidance and DEFINITELY reassured us that we were in good hands. What a nightmare. So many unreturned phone calls and emails. Lies and paralegal changes. It was a waste of 2 months dealing with this company. We got zero legal advice. Just poor customer service.

Do NOT give them any money at all because trying to get it back will lead you to ethical complaints, some ghetto woman yelling at you over the phone, unanswered emails or phone calls and the run around. They didn’t even file a THING in the court system and still ran away with 1100 dollars. They filed nothing. Zero. And then decided to keep all of the money. Run far away from this company.

My husband and I were at our breaking point. Didn’t know where to turn. But from day one, Tara gave us answers about bankruptcy we didn’t know even existed. She was with us every step of the way until we were turned over to Joseph. He has been the best help with getting our paperwork processed, answering each and every question and always being there to answer any question no matter the time of day.
