Ok, so let me tell you about these guys. First and foremost i want to say that they will help you understand what you’re going in to. There are so many components to the process and they will 100% percent keep you in the know. Tara is just as lovely as she can be and Tina Moore is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. I appreciate them taking the time on helping me understand the process. You guys deserve a vacation and some!🙌🏾🙌🏾 thank you!

I chose the Raleigh office and very happy I did. Everyone was friendly and made me and other nervous customers feel at ease. My first meeting was with Tara Peppers. I walked in feeling defeated and embarrassed. After meeting with Tara and reviewing my options I left feeling hopeful. I chose to proceed and worked with Joseph Nichols. He knows his stuff and walked me through every step. He was always friendly and quickly answered any question or concern I had. I highly recommend the Raleigh office and if you can request working with Joe, do so!

Everyone was polite, courteous, and helpful in helping me during the process. Special thanks to Tina Moore for being patient and working with me to get everything I needed. She helped to address all my concerns and issues and answered all my questions with ease. Also thanks to Tara Peppers for getting everything started. I have to rate the Law Offices of John T. Orcutt as a 5 star organization. The staff really helped me understand my pros and cons to filing bankruptcy, the facts and myths of bankruptcy and the complete process of what to expect. Joseph Nicholas who helped me on this journey is very forthright and trusting. I am confident that my lawyer will help me with any questions or concerns I have in the future during this period. Nothing but praise so far the staff.

My experience with the John Orcutt law office has been a good one. Everyone I have come in contact with has been professional and polite. I especially found Joe Nichols to be very patient, and he was able to answer my many questions clearly, so that I understood the whole procedure. I would recommend this office to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.

The offices of John Orcutt were great to go and do my bankruptcy. However Joe Nichols was amazing he made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and also made me realize I wasn’t a bad person for going bankrupt. I wish I found him years ago. I went to a lawyer when I was losing my home to try and save it through bankruptcy and he made me feel worthless and could do nothing for me. Thank you Joe xo!!! Maria wake county...

Bankruptcy is never an expected event. However, this law office made me feel at ease. Tina is the most valuable person at the office. Her expertise and in depth explanations made me feel better about the process. She is very helpful and goes way above what she should. I could contact her anytime and she would answer all of my questions, even though I'm sure I asked the same questions more than once. The law office was friendly. I completed trusted them with my case and I was not disappointed. I would recommend this office in particular to anyone needing assistance.
