If you're considering filing bankruptcy I would recommend John Orcutt and his staff at the Raleigh location. Also, thank you to Tara Pepper, Anna Munoz, and Sean Orcutt for all your help.

Miss Nichols delivered bad news to me today. It wasn't easy for her and it wasn't easy for me to hear but she did it with grace and was very kind and respectful. I appreciate that.

Tara was very helpful. And made me feel comfortable discussing my financial issues. She was very friendly which made this a lot easier than I thought. The atmosphere itself was friendly and peaceful. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. And I got the same treatment from Joe when I went upstairs.

Dear Mr. Orcutt & Staff: Nancy and I visited with Joe Nichols several times. He is one of the most professional persons we have ever dealt with in any capacity. The time in our lives is very traumatic and Joe has been a very calming and supportive person. He had such great stories that made the process so much more acceptable. This company is awesone, they helped my husband and I through a difficult situation AND went after companies that continued to hound us after our bankruptcy and went to court for us and got us settlements.

I really need help and they were their for me every step of the way .Anna Munoz was very knowledgeable about the question I had that came up they were great.

I felt very vulnerable when I went to Mr. Orcutt's office, and I guess everyone feels this way when they have hit the bottom financially. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and given paperwork to fill out. When my paperwork was complete, Tara (paralegal) came to take me back to her office. Tara was so warm and friendly I felt like I was visiting with a friend. She took all the pain away from the process and only left me feeling GOOD about my future. Mr. Orcutt's office is run very professionally and efficiently. I felt every i was dotted and every t was crossed and there were not going to be any "surprises" down the road. Tara was up front and honest and I left the office with a tremendous weight lifted off my shoulders. I really appreciate all they are doing for me and the fact that they treated me with respect and dignity.

I was nervous at first. I didn't know what to expect. Tara has a great attitude and help me to relax. I began to feel comfortable with her. She has a great personality and she is very knowledgeable. We went in with much apprehension as to what we were going to do even knowing we were so under water and struggling to survive. We had no life. Our experience with Anna (last name?)downstairs who did our free- first consult was very positive. Then we saw Amber Perna and Anna M. (upstairs) and both these ladies were great, friendly, very helpful and made the process less painful. We had checked into other "get out of debt" websites, but came to John Orcutt because his office was local and we could actually deal with real people not someone on the phone states away.
