Everyone was great. We came in the office feeling like we had some how given up, but the staff at John Orcutt made us feel better about our decision and our future. I have and will continue to refer friends and family.

I would like to take a moment to thank Wheatley Davis for her outstanding service to me. I have been in despair with my finances on more than one occasion due to very serious health issues. Wheatley always comes through and says the right thing to lift me up and give me hope. Additionally, her advice is always good. I have followed her instructions each time and she has always been right. She is the most caring and efficient person that Mr. Orcutt could have on his staff. I have had a very good experience, with the help of Christie Gay in the Raleigh office. I had a vehicle stolen from my home. The vehicle was under my chapter 13 and I was connected to Christie. She handled this problem like a champ. I told her my situation and within a week she let me know what was going on and what to expect from that point forward. They are helpful on the front side of things. Once you are thru your case, god help you if you need their help. Post legal us rude and very difficult. If you call them out on it. They will try to make it your fault. Do not use this firm!!!! You will get better after the case care from other law firms.

Anna Munoz answered all of my questions and was always available. She is an easy conversationalist and makes the entire bankruptcy process feel comfortable. What could have easily been a very overwhelming experience was very quick & smooth.

I have had several conversations with Gabby Morrison and each and every time I leave that conversation feeling like she really cares about what I'm going thru. She is always very upbeat and seems excited about being able to help me which I'm so thankful that the lord but her on my case. She is always very professional and explains every detail so that I have a clear understanding what is going on. It is my opinion that people like Gabby are truly diamonds in the rough and are a great example and a credit to your firm. First of all I am so glad that I get to write this review and share my experience. I was very fortunate to have my initial meeting with Niliah Chobot. I do not have enough words to describe how knowledgeable and professional this person is. I had put this off for so long making myself a nervous wreck over what I found was totally unfounded. I will never forget how relieved Niliah made me feel after our very first meeting. She made it so easy for me to understand how a Chapter 13 worked. She was there every single time I had a question. It was basically like she held my hand from the beginning to the finish. And I need to say it did not end there she is still there for me if I have any questions post filing and post discharge. I am sure that this Law Firm knows now fortunate they are to have this person as part of there team. But I just want them to know that she makes people like myself have the greatest respect for The Law Offices of John T. Orcutt.
