I would recommend anyone who finds themselves in this unfortunate situation to use John T. Orcutt! The office in Raleigh helped my mother and they did a fantastic job. They have also helped after she filed when creditors kept sending notices. I appreciate all the help from Nikki West!

I had the pleasure of working with Tina Moore back in March and she was nothing short of phenomenal. She worked around my limited availability and was very kind, personable and understanding!

I initially started the process last year but was embarrassed at my situation and decided to try and make things work. At least once a month from then on the Law Offices of John T Orcutt would send a message asking if all was okay and to contact them if needed. Since 2020 started things seemed to get worse and at the time I needed help I got a message from the Law Office (seemingly right on time). I reached out to their office and someone did contact me within a few days. It was the weekend so I heard from their office that Monday. I was still hesitant and embarrassed but knew I needed to get the help. I began talking to Niliah Chobot and Joseph Nichols and started the process. Joe took over for Niliah and he has been great through the entire process. Even when I expressed my embarassment Joe made me feel okay about the process. Any thing I needed or questions to answer Joe was "johnny on the spot". I do recommend the Law Offices of John T Orcutt. They are professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and above all having a friendly and receptive attitude.
