I cannot say enough great things about Susan! I have been a client at Sandlin Family Law Group for many years and she has been an amazing advocate for my children and for me. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and an expert in family law. She is assertive when she needs to be and is always honest; she not only walks you through, but prepares you for the daunting experience of family court. Even during COVID, when office hours were unpredictable, she was always available to answer any questions I had and never made me feel any question I had was too small. She made some very scary things a little more bearable because she genuinely cares. I highly recommend Susan as she gives her all into every case and regardless of the outcome continues to be a source of reliable support.

After spending hours researching local attorneys I came across Susan here, the first thing that I noticed was that she looked like she was experienced even better once I got to the bottom of her avo page it showed that she did 30 minute free consultations. The office said that it opened at 8:00 a.m. so I got up early this morning I called around I called at 8:00 a.m. and no one answered the phone over there, I called everyone else on my list and came back to them last and when doing so I spoke to a girl who was in the office who said that Susan would be available February the 9th when I needed her. I cannot emphasize this enough I needed someone soon so I did not waste any more time I would need to know if they would have the availability to work with me. She said that she was available we spent the next 10 minutes discussing my case and then I was told that her consultations are $350. I told her that her website shows differently. Minutes after that I was handed over to another person who was in the office who took the phone call who briefly told me that Susan in fact had a date blocked off for a doctor's appointment on February the 7th. I'm not sure if this is in fact true or they just did not want to argue about a free consultation. But regardless, there is just too many red flags here for me to move forward. I really did enjoy talking to the first girl that was there she was very sweet and kind and I really do not think that she knew any different. With that being said I hope that they are able to go on to avoid and fix and correct their company's information sooner rather than later
