Ross is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was at first very apprehensive, but that went away quickly. He had handled similar situations before and explained exactly what to expect. He encouraged any questions and responded clearly and quickly when I asked them. He was interested in my overall goal and made very specific suggestions on how to reach them. Even so, he always made time to explain the pros and cons of each decision. I'd work with Ross again in a heartbeat.
