Always a great experience. Danielle (attorney) responds in a prompt matter and is always willing to answer my questions and give advice about needs that come up for clients and the real estate transactions. Desmond (paralegal) does a great job getting back to me and in a couple transactions this past week was amazing about keeping me in the loop (I'm sure I contacted him 15 times in a 2 day period). As an agent I appreciate their systems and the way I can keep up with every step of the transaction and interaction with my clients. I am sure there are others behind the scenes but most of my interaction is with Danielle and Desmond and its always an A+ interaction.

I see why my colleagues in the Keller Williams Preferred office have a great working relationship with this firm. Not only is it conveniently located, they put a lot of attention to detail and keep the communication open with all parties concerned. Great transaction with these professionals who went out of their way with a few superlatives in order to ensure a smooth closing and transaction. Nagle & Associates handled my injury claim for an auto accident. They made the process a lot easier. They gathered all my medical records and bills and submitted a demand to the insurance company on my behalf. They even offered to help with my property damage if I need them. My accident was on Saturday night and the adjuster called me before 8am on Monday asking me all sorts of questions. I was in a lot of pain and was taking pain medication. I wasn't thinking clearly. A friend gave me Mr. Nagle's name and suggested that I call him. They took over and I didn't have to worry anymore. I could concentrate on getting better!
