Khan Law Firm represented me in court for a speeding violation. Although I didn't think they'd be able to, they got the ruling I desired. I found Rachel, Shahzad and Heather to be very responsive, professional and direct with the procedure and expected outcomes. Despite my experience with them being limited, I would recommend Khan Law Firm without hesitation.

I’ve used this firm for help with a citation, they were quick, friendly, and professional. They got my case dismissed and my only fee was $60. It seriously beat having to pay court costs, I will refer my family and friends to them and use them in the future.

Ms. Stariha is an amazing attorney ! She fights for justice and won’t stop until it is reached. She is also hasty with handling case information and helped get me out of a very sticky situation. Definitely recommend !!

I found out on December 15th, 2020 that my license had been suspended in January of 2019. Went to court with everything required and thought the process was over with and dismissed. Turns out, I missed a court date that I was unaware of and my license had been suspended for over a year. I was unaware of this for almost 2 years!! I moved out of NC months prior to finding out about this. The courts told me I HAD to wait until January 15th to go all the way to North Carolina , the court date would be set several months out and I HAD to wait to get this taken care of and HAD to come in person because I was charged with a failure to appear as well as the other traffic citations. My employer discovered this and I was at risk of losing my employment if I didn't have it fixed by January 4th 2021. On December 18th, 2020 I called EVERYWHERE and had no luck or definite representation. I finally reached out to Khan Law Firm with no hope in sight for resolution. I explained everything and was told they would do their best AND as quickly as possible to meet my deadline. They charged me an extremely affordable FLAT rate to take care of this. Even said if they had to go to court on separate occasions and represent me, they would at no extra cost to me!! On Monday December 21st, Heather called me and told me everything was DISMISSED, NO CHARGES, NO COURT COSTS OR FINES , and my license were reinstated !!! I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for Khans team! Heather was very professional and even brought some giggles over the phone. TWO DAYS and not even a 5 minute phone call, AND at a WONDERFUL cost , they SAVED my employment with plenty of time before my deadline, and SAVED my license & driving record !! THANK YOU KHAN LAW FIRM!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Heather was very honest and thorough throughout the whole process. I called to get representation, explained my situation and was told they'd contact me with an update on the next step. 2 days later, I was called and told that everything was taken care of and dismissed..
