Contacted him for a service he charged me 150 consultation fee , 500 retainer and I had to pay 3000 up front . He kept telling me he was sending me documents to go over and I never received any documents he never let me know about any paperwork either . I ended up settling my case with the parties involved personally told him that . He said he would refund my money that wasn’t used and then charged me 4 hours of service that to this day he has not documented to me . I plan on filling a claim with the state bar . Horrible service I definitely would not recommend

Mr. McGuire seemed too preoccupied to answer my calls and questions I have repeatedly attempted to speak with him in person without success. I paid Mr. McGuire in advance, but, he did not take care of my legal matters. Very disappointed. 😪

Called 3 times... Talked to Susan **** two of those times. Both times she was "too busy" to talk and promised to call back. The last time, she didn't remember talking to me at all 3 days prior and had no clue about the voice mail she told me to leave for her.
