Very nice well spoken attorney that listens

Look I'm sorry to hear some people had pro blems with Altman firm...but my 2 experiences with this firm were absolutely amazing. I am and was so satisfied that I will only use this firm in the future..simply put, they get the job done! Great job Altman

I hired him for a case involving a car accident 3 years ago. He never did anything. Not a good lawyer at all.

I paid him over $1200 and he did absolutely nothing my tickets was not a good lawyer in my opinion‼️

I had a appointment on Monday 12/27/2021 at 4:00pm and there was no one there. I called the members I have no one answer. SHAME will never recommend.

Never using this law firm again. I was told I had until Nov 7 to pay my court cost, but really I had until Oct 5!!! I paid my fee recently but a $50 fine was added to it. My ticket was handled in August and I didn't get a call, email OR anything in the mail. Every time I would call, the receptionist didn't know what was going on with my case, would ask for my number to call me back but never did. I've worked in a law firm dealing with traffic tickets before so I know how it should be. I understand how busy a law firm can get but when it comes to people's lives and when they need to pay fines, it's pretty important to get ahold of them to let them know what's going on so they don't get late fees added on or a possible suspension to their license. I am grateful he was able to get it handled like he said, but very unhappy about the communication because I know that court cost fees have a 30 day grace period. Thanks a LOT.

My brother hired Mr. Altman to resolve a speeding ticket. Mr. Altman is not communicative and my brother was only able to speak the legal assistant. My brother paid Mr. Altman and Mr. Altman failed to show up in court today. My brother resolved the matter on his own. Do not hire this attorney.

I had my first court day in January for a speeding ticket. I didn’t hear back from the law firm (unprompted) with a bill from court till the very end of July. My last court date (since I’ve been checking often) was in April. Throughout the whole experience, I never received any updates and when I would call I’d be told what happened only after being hounded I can pay through the phone instead of through email. I was told my ticket was reduced after the court date in January and not told what each court date was about each month from then and when I called I was told the same thing over and over again. After April (the last court date) I called repeatedly asking about an update or bill but was told they’d get back to me. They never did. Seeing no points on my license, I assumed it was over and the case was thrown out (so no bill). Now I have the bill and see that wasn’t the case. I am happy and grateful he got my ticket reduced as promised but the communication was absolutely horrible. Please brainstorm a better organization method of cases. Thank you.
