I was sent the documents via email that I needed to sign for a selling of a house, even though they should have sent them to my realtor/representation. I agreed to let Parker Law prepare the deed not knowing that I was not being given a fair price at all. I was then told later by my realtor that Doug Jones would prepare the deed for $175 versus the $350 I was charged, and Doug Jones was supposed to prepare the deed, but I received the documents instead of my realtor. I felt like I was taken advantage of, so I called up there and they would not budge at all. They basically told me how they charge is their prerogative, and that I should’ve shopped around before hand. In my defense, this document should’ve never been sent to me without going through my realtor. That is why I paid commission to my realtor to represent me, but this law office decided to skip them and go direct to me knowing I did not have enough knowledge to know I was getting ripped off. And also I looked at the closing fees that the buyer paid and they got totally ripped off too! I recommend anyone who considers using Parker Law Office to shop around. You will be glad you did!

Dam awesome attorney recomend him for everything

I can't rate lower than 1 star but I would if I could. Called a month ago for a very basic price on a deed transfer and left my tele off of "do not disturb" subjecting myself to the robo call onslaught so I could field a return call from these folks. Never got it. Returned all of the unknown numbers that I missed that happened to call my phone. No actual person or entity detected. Was sent an email finally today after all this time stating that they "couldn't get me by phone and that due to their workload and my time constraints" they are unable to help me with simply telling me how much it would cost to transfer a deed !? ( I'm at wth at this point)... Maybe could've told me this a month ago..like when I called. I have things to do as well. Anyway I hope this review helps folks to know that at this time, this firm appears to be too busy and there are other options nearby who will appreciate you a little better and offer a more appealing customer service.
