Began title work on 2 houses before inspections were in. Sales were contingent upon inspections. So did not receive full earnest money back. Legally, they may be covered . Ethically and integrity? Severely lacking. Proceed with caution. I will not use them again under any circumstance. Nor did i choose them to begin with. It has been at least 6 weeks. I have yet to be furnished with the title reports i paid for...

This is a law firm that can help you with all of your residential and commercial real estate transactions. They specialize in real estate, so they are good at what they do. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They can help you with your transaction from the beginning to the end. Real estate transactions can sometime feel a bit overwhelming. Put yourself in the hands of someone who has handled numerous closings. They will put you at ease and assist with the entire process. Give them a call to set up an appointment.

I don't even know where to start. This firm plays dirty. We got screwed over in a real estate deal and they have done nothing but make things more difficult. Per my contract we are due earnest money but they refuse to turn it over to the clerk of court for us to file a claim because they want fees to do so. They weren't even our attorney, they were the buyers attorney and the "buyer" screwed them too. Way to pay it forward! We would never choose this law firm, EVER! They weren't very friendly either, prior to the demise of the proposed purchase. Apparently they don't have any empathy for a family that got a very bad break. They're just worried about how they can make some money and collect. They live up to the lawyer stereotype!
