Helpful and knowledgeable.

Used this law office to close our home in 2017 and while buying a second home in the area I made my new realtor used him as well. I went to pay them the earnest money and they flat out refused to accept it. Had two people come and tell me they would not take the earnest money. Very rudely. Turns out within hours the new closing attorney took it without any problems. What happened to your company? Too much work as Rutherford County staff attorney? Sad.

The absolute worst choice I could have made choosing this law firm to perform a closing. Both Jennifer and Amy were rude and unprofessional in there handling of my paper work and very difficult to deal with. Failed to answer emails in a timely fashion and refused to pay attention to the specific details of the transactions. Most of the emails I received were filled with excuses. Stuck me with charges I did not want to purchase. If you want to be treated like a number or lack there of, this is the place. Not once was able to actually speak with the Richard, I was always told he was busy. This place sucks!

If you want closing mistakes made that you may not know about until you need to makes changes to your property!
