Mark Morris is such a dedicated man. He is there when you need him to help you walk though a tuff time, and for me it was a very serious car accident. I had never experienced anything I was having to go thru. He was always there to help. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of support.

Taking care of my mother has been a true challenge, and having "Help" every now and then is a Blessing. That's what I felt like I received with Mark Morris and his Office. We've never needed legal representation before, (in court). Recently we did, and at 80 that was a scary thought for my mother, and me. First...they found us. A nice letter came offering help. I called, asked the questioned I needed made the decision for them to handle "everything". Explained to Mother we were in great hands. Court Day came and Mr Morris was so kind and understanding. My case was pretty simple and easy. It lasted all about 3 to 4 months top. Even though my ex's and I custody agreement is only temporary unless my ex doesn't try to fight it for one year, I got everything I asked for. Not for selfishness, but for the safty of my child. Mark listened to absolutely everything I ever told him and asked for out of this whole court deal. He is a very pleasent man to work with and cares more than about just the money. Mark Morris handled a very complex child custody case for my husband and I. It lasted over a one and a half year period involving emergency custody actions and several proceedings before the actual trial. We then had to go into a three-day trial that was stretched out over a three-month period. Our situation was very complicated and involved. Mark was superb in and out of the courtroom. We had lined up about 15 witnessed for trial to testify. In presenting evidence, he was detailed, thorough, and proficient. He skillfully presented evidence through videos, photographs, and witnesses. Mark is extremely compassionate. In such an intense time, Mark was patient and understanding with us. In Mark's closing argument he poured out his heart while he was citing the law. The judge gave us the order that we needed after much prayer by us and Mark's hard work. I am so grateful!

Mark Morris is an excellent attorney. When my house went into foreclosure due to marital separation, he worked with me and the mortgage company to prevent the foreclosure until other measures could be taken.
