I’m sooo grateful for Mr Hoffman and the way he approached our case! After reaching out to several attorneys, he was the first lawyer to actually pick up the phone to call us. He handled everything quickly and professionally. If you’re in need of legal representation, you want someone who genuinely cares about you and your case, Mr. Pete Hoffman should be your first call!!!

I called them 5 times and waiting 10 minutes each call and no response. Very unhappy with the service they are providing

Absolutely terrible. Don't understand the first thing about maritime law and couldn't even get a simple worker's comp complaint taken care of. Do not work with them.

The lack of patience to understand the problem, since the first phone conversation I explained the details and didn't pay attention to my problem. The lack of experience to advise the best options to prevent a worse case or issue. The secretary asked more questions than Mr. Graham, she has more customer service experience than him. The worse someone can do who serves people is to hang the phone on them, just like he did.

I just wanted to say this was not a good day. I went in to the office to drop off a letter. Mr Carlton Graham was very rude. One response he stated to me was you coming to complain. This was shocking due to I never met this gentleman. I didn’t even know who he was and I was able to put a face with a name. He was handling my father’s estate. All my family wanted was communication throughout this process. He was communicating at first with my family and then the communication stopped. He stated to me that he would give me documentation that’s requested. Im confused as to why he stated that he would but then he stopped communication. I’m writing this review due to his rudeness he had with me today. Everything he said was very smart and no matter what you shouldn’t talk with an individual that way. Especially when an individual is just trying to find answers. I have never been spoken to that way like I did today. This is from someone that carries the position that he holds.

I do not recommend the lawyer Graham Carlton to anyone. He cost my neighbor and friend, who is in the middle of a colon cancer scare, to pay $600 because of his ignorance. He cut down branches on one side of his tree, causing the tree to lean towards my friend's house. Every few months, and every storm, it leaned closer. They asked him many times to cut the tree but he refused. Eventually my friend had to get his permission to cut down the tree. She had to use the money she was going to use for her colon cancer treatments for this. She had to wait for her cancer test because she used her savings for this situation which wasn't even her responsibility. She was worried the tree would destroy her home and hurt her family. If he does this to his next door neighbor imagine what he can do for you as a client.

Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. If he’s appointed get a different attorney. Or u might find yourself in prison for the rest of your life.

Made a special appointment to see me the day after Thanksgiving to set up a POA for my dad. Most everywhere would have most likely been closed for the holidays, and I was only in town this one day to take care of a ton of business. Great service, took time to explain everything to my dad. Very pleasant experience.

I have never met Mr. Carlton, only talked to him through the phone since I don’t live in the state of North Carolina, but almost 1000 miles away from there. Mr.Carlton took the time to listen to me in my time of need and took very good care of what was going on in North Carolina. He constantly kept me updated and the case got dismissed. One less problem to worry about in my life. Thank you again Mr. Carlton and your staff. I highly recommend!
