At the end of 2023 I was in the process of having my whole life change with a divorce taking place and a custody battle for my son, I have never needed to have an attorney in my life for any reason, to be honest the thought of having to get a lawyer has always been terrifying and intimidating to me. Like most people I had no idea where to start so I googled it and found Marybeth Smith as an option, I read her reviews and said this is the one for me! I have literally been through hell the last 18 months with my ex husband and everything that was involved in that process, I will say if you have to get a lawyer Marybeth is the one to get hands down, no questions asked. I came to her at a time in my life where I didn’t know who I was or what was going to happen. Marybeth Smith is one of the kindest, compassionate, genuine humans I have ever met, she LOVES her career you can see that in her and she knows the law inside and out! She is a strong woman who fights for her people, she goes above and beyond, I didn’t want to have to get a lawyer, I was so scared and she knew that and she was just kind. It was an emotionally exhausting process for me and she knew that too and she just made things easier, she helped to give me hope. After 18 months of working with someone through such a difficult time I grew a bond to a woman who helped me and guided me and who also has an immense amount of patience because I know it wasn’t easy with me sometimes! I honestly could go on and on about this woman so if you come across this review and read it you should call her after you are done.

Marybeth is extremely professional and most caring. She handled my court case of my divorce and custody.
