Mr. Short handled a private sale for me and I had a fantastic experience! Felecia was very responsive to all of my questions. She was kind, and explained things to me in a very comprehensive way. The whole process moved very smoothly and quickly. The buyer and I stood outside after the closing was completed and talked about what an amazing experience we had with the whole team throughout the process needless to say we we’re both very pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism we experienced. Mr. Short was kind, and easy to get along with as he walked us through the process. Needless to say we will be using this firm in the future!

We had a family member pass away in January, and Mr. Short was hired to handle the will and estate. Mr. Short was always unavailable and never got anywhere with our probate. After eight months had passed all of a sudden he had a conflict of interest and had dropped us without a notice. I called to check on the status and that's when we found out about the conflict. When I tried to ask why, he could not discuss it. Absolutely a waste of time!
