I was needing information about an investment business in Sanford. Ms Stephenson did a little research and indicated the address for the business was a traveling mail box which was very helpfull to me. Now I am going back to the basics, of who, what, where.

Loved her as soon as I sat down she called the called layer on huge mistake . That would have put me in situations of answer n asking a family member but the bbys mother was found too have still 100k life insurance from they family dying . I complained about it and Deirdre call me after year n half n told me that a grass snake told her ....... They have handled private property sales, power of attorneys , assets losses. I wouldn't have anyone else do it she's been so kind came to me when I couldn't. Try not to bash her the person below this or anyone. U had expectation 2 high because she details process

Follow up from my first comment. Attorney Stephenson reached out to apologize for my experience. She gave me better insight into her firms practices and policies. I can tell that my experience was an isolated incident that just unfortunately had some bad handoffs. I can say with certainty that this firm does care about their clients and I rescind my opinion about not recommending them. My experience might not have been the best but I know they are taking my concerns seriously and will use them for better client experiences moving forward.

We worked with Lisa Williams to sell our home and the service we received was less than satisfactory. She was delinquent in delivering the sellers documents to us, which nearly jeopardized the closing date. We provided her a payoff quote for the day of closing which she said was wrong. She failed to specify that she wanted a payoff quote from our lender that went past the payoff date. She then took it upon herself to adjust what our proceeds will be following the transaction without any explanation as to how she made the adjustment. She also declared that she would be recording the transaction a day after the closing, which would've forced the buyer into waiting a day to get their keys. The transaction ended up being recorded the same day, but the proceeds amount was not reconciled even with this happening. Now we are forced to wait to receive the rest of our proceeds from our lender, which is money we need sooner rather than later. The lack of communication and lack of transparency as to how the closing process played out added on unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. Based on my experience, I cannot say I would recommend working with this office for real estate transactions. I am not writing this with malice. This is purely a reflection of my personal experience with this firm.
