Excellent, is the word that we would use to describe his service to our son. Very professional and was a bit of calm in one heck of a storm. I cannot do or say enough to express my thanks to Mr Chas Post.

I had BS charge brought up on me, I gave Chas all the evidence needed for my defense, and after 5 minutes. Dismissed. It didn't hurt that I didn't do it and proved it. But Chas rolled up his sleeves, dipped his burly man hands into the bucket of law and got the deed done. This man is incredible! It was truly majestic working with this man! I will definitely keep he and his firm in mind. He is the Jedi to the evil Siths. He is the Stevie Hagar of law. The man rips! Great job Chas, and that you for being awesome!

Chas is top notch, I have absolutely no regrets in choosing him as my representation in Chatham County. Not only does Chas fully understand the law, but he also has the intuition and acuity to apply it to even the most challenging cases. My case (DWI) had, admittedly, a very narrow window for which Chas could make an argument for my innocence. He was able to deftly navigate bringing my case to trial and was demonstrably competent within the courtroom. In all of our pre-trial meetings I felt that he provided his undivided attention and his demeanor never wavered from one of competency and support. He is clearly invested in his cases and his staff always communicated timely via email and/or phone. Chas was always prompt when meeting in person before any major milestone and was as realistic as possible when navigating my case as a positive outcome was not guaranteed. Chas Post IS THE BEST DWI LAWYER IN NC. I had a DWI charge which I did not need on my record and after some intelligent legal maneuvering he had the DWI reduced to careless driving and now my record is not tarnished with an unnecessary blemish.
