Mr martin has been very helpful since the last time used him for legal paper work was 10 yrs ago he still answers questions

My Mother and I thought we had made an appointment with Mr. Martin and found that we had mistakenly made an appointment with another person with the same first name at another office. Mr Martin still honored the appointment. He listened to all of our questions and gave us several options for our plans. We are so thankful for his kindness to our mistake in the appointment and for his excellent communication and options.

In mid June this office was contacted for a title search in regards to property to be sold. 2 weeks ago I called to find out why it was taking so long. I called another local office and they said it should take less than a week. I called Thomas Martin's office back, and was informed the file has been "lost" until that moment I called. Then I was informed there was paper work I needed to sign, it would be mailed out. Yesterday I called to find out the status of that paperwork. I was asked if a title search was needed. No paperwork has been mailed. What is going on here?

Years ago I used this company for a land purchase closing. Got a very good deal on the property and the lawyer was basically trying to talk the seller out of selling it to me for 30 mins. Then after he finally gave up, he asked the seller if they had any more property they would sell to him at that price. Very unprofessional.

Went here as a kid often! It is a great spot to let your kids climb, explore, and discover! A must see!

I would not recommend anyone using Martin as a attorney. We tried to get him to take care of some stuff for us and after a month and a half and he hadn’t looked at it yet so we took it somewhere else where it was taken care of within a week. The first time I called and gave him all the info. I called back a week later and he lost my info so I gave it to him again. I called several time after that and most of the time never heard back from him. My wife called and he was very rude to her and a smart aleck. After that we decided to take our business elsewhere and we buy and sell several properties a year.
