In 2019 I was facing a fight for my freedom. Daniel Talbert and his assistant Lindsay worked relentlessly to not only keep me free, & with my children but to also help me keep my job. There was countless time put in thru repetitive emails & conversations, several let downs and run arounds. However, Daniel just simply would not stop fighting for me. It’s been 3 years and I still think of his gratitude. Never one time was I treated like anything less than a valued client. I felt more like I was on a team of 3 all for my good. My life was forever changed by the hard work and determination of these two. I have now completed the probation & community service I received for a very serious felony, I remain at my full time job AND even opened a business since. If you think it’s the end of the road, it’s not, unless you get the wrong attorney. Long story short, hired this crack team of exceptional lawyers for my fiancé, TALBERT to be exact. Paid him in full, $25,000. All of it. He hasn't spent 1 (one) day in court over the matter to earn a dime of that $25,000. We've been calling him weekly for well over 3 months to discuss the case and what the plan is. We get as far as the receptionist, who claims he's always in court. Yes, even during a pandemic when the court calendars have been at a reduced capacity, he's ALWAYS there. We've even sent emails to which he won't respond. I'm thinking these folks are completely incapable of doing the job they claim to be professionals at. I wouldn't recommend this group at all. And we're currently seeking ways to get our money back and hire a competent attorney. It's absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I have hired Mr. Talbert for several cases including traffic, criminal and my most recent probation violation. Mr. Talbert not only gets the job but he dots every I And crosses every T. My recent case he found a clerical error on my violation filing date. He came to find out the Prosecution filed after my 36months Of supervisions was completed. I had to travel over 11 hours one way to appear in Rutherford county because I have been living in another state since the start of supervision. So in the end it was all worth the drive because It was All dismissed so I walked away free and debt free from the fines they wanted to violate me on. Talbert gets the results you look for, and beyond in my case.

Very knowledgeable. Can be hard to contact but that seems to be the norm. As is good practice when hiring any attorney, make sure you clearly establish expectations for the case, fees and communication. Discuss how often you'll be updated and how quickly you can expect a response.
