I was told that I would be reimbursed for my attorney fees by a staff member (Tiffany). Only to be told by Brenton Begley later that I wouldn’t.

My siblings and all live out of state. We hired Mr. McIntyre and it has been a nightmare. When we asked questions he refused to answer. He would not tell us what the estate was paying for anything. When we asked he would say he would tell us when the estate was settled. Mr. McIntyre had an auction and sold antique clocks that an appraiser had appraised for over $20,000 for less than half of the appraised value.
Charged his 5% on not just the value of the estate , but on the disbursements also - adding $10,000 to what he was paid.
Guard your family and avoid this office.

I can't say enough good about Greg Mcintyre, he has really worked hard as well as his very capable staff these last two years with all the issues surrounding the care and protection of my mother. I contacted Greg McIntyre to have him help protect my property because my husband had entered long-term care with dementia. Greg and his staff were very helpful and prompt with the help I needed. My home and land will go to my chosen heirs, my sons, instead of for the health cost of myself or my husband.

This law firm is amazing. They handled my mother in laws deed work by using a Lady Bird Deed to ensure the home was kept in the family. The staff are experienced and very kind. Aways greeted with a smile and kind word. They go above and beyond.

It is very hard to rate an attorney, any attorney a rating of excellent. But with Greg's great attitude it was easy. He makes Elder law seem effortless as all paper works flows through all channels with no problem. If problems arise his able bodied staff can handle it. Great job Greg and thanks for the help.
