11/15/23: Most recently I have had the pleasure to work with Brandon Jaynes of Archonix Law in Shelby, NC. Although I reside in SC I purchased a property in NC and wanted a NC licensed advocate and advisor separate from the real estate deal and closing firm. Luckily for me, I reached out and was able to work work with Mr. Jaynes. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and genuine concern regarding my purchase and his follow up. Via email and regular mail, he went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered, and that I was satisfied with the results. In this day and time when people are too busy, it's impressive to meet someone over the phone that goes out of their way to be helpful. This was several weeks ago and through his great advice I was able to secure my property and close the sale. I thought my dealings with the closing attorney was complete; however, this past week the law firm that handled the closing tried to pass off a new invoice for services - 6 weeks after closing. Once again, Mr. Jaynes was very helpful drafting a response that shut that down quickly. He did not hesitate to assist and once again was a huge help in finishing out this purchase. Lawyers can get a bad rap from the public but Mr. Jaynes is saving the profession one client at a time. If you need great advice and someone with perspective to get your needs accomplished, I cannot recommend anyone higher. You won' t be sorry having him in your corner and guiding you through any process.
