I found Paul Phipps with Nelson Law Office on Google and I am so glad I did! I worked with Paul for almost 2 years and he is an exceptional attorney! Not only is Paul well versed in current and relevant case-law, but he pays attention to important details and is extremely thorough in his research and presentation. Paul is excellent in his attention to detail and follow through and he was always great at keeping me informed and getting back to me in a timely manner. I really appreciated that Paul was always positive, without ignoring challenges, and he always provided helpful advice concerning any issues at hand. Paul's kind and courtesous demeanor and his ability to remain positive and respectful in many challenging siutations never ceased to amaze me. In the end, despite many obstacles and unexpected twists and turns, Paul's efforts on my behalf paid off and I was able to win my last case, allowing for litigation to transfer to my home state. I couldn't have done this without all of Paul's hard work and perseverance in a challenging and rare type of case. I will be forever grateful and I cannot recommend Paul highly enough!

Not a very good Lawyer. She definitely works for the State.

I obtained a speeding ticket 15+ mph over the limit while out of town and Mrs. Nelson handled it magnificently. She successfully brought the offense down and attended the court date in my place as I lived 3.5 hours away from where I received the ticket. As someone with a busy schedule, I appreciated the timely and concise correspondence. There wasn't much I had to do at all. She worked independently without having to contact me for much which was helpful as well.
