Took great care of us while selling a property. Very responsive and helpful with issues during closing.

I needed a North Carolina attorney to help settle my Dad’s estate in Southern Pines, after I sold his home and moved back to Connecticut before the estate was actually closed. Attorney Mia Lorenz and her assistant Donna Buchan have proven to be the smartest choice I ever made as a first-time executor. Whether by phone or email, their responses to my contacting them were prompt and efficient. Mia is remarkably common-sensical and approachable when consulted on legal issues. Donna is consistently knowledgeable and accurate while executing time-sensitive filings with the Clerk of Court. Together they were a gift to me toward the end of a long and often difficult process. Compassionate professionalism is alive & well, and providing excellent service at the workplace of Lorenz & Buchan.

Incompetent record keeping or staff. I made an appointment months in advance. Talked with the attorney's assistant or at least two separate occasions to set-up an appointment with attorney Lorenz. Left my job early to go to the office for the appointment only to be told that I did not exist in their system and the attorney could not see me. Not sure how you get new or retain clients under that system of customer service.

Mrs. Lorenz has always helped us with all planning and estate needs! Her and her staff are excellent!
