If i could give a zero star i would. Got power of attorney papers done with them. Needless to say, i tried to use the power of attorney papers at a branch.found out i can't use them because theirs one paper that needed signed instead of checked. Have mave several phone calls trying to get the issue fixed. Talked to a lady yesterday, told me i would get a phone call today. I haven't received a call. Money down the drain!
