Mad good on my speeding ticket

We’ve used Cook Legal when buying and selling a home and I highly recommend this firm to anyone in the real estate market! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they really worked with us when our closing kept getting pushed back. Chris was very efficient when going over our paperwork and made sure we understood what we were signing. Super grateful to Cook Legal for making the paperwork portion of the home buying/selling process a breeze!

I have worked with Chris and his team on many real estate transactions- personally and professionally. His team (especially Maggie) is the best and always seems to get things done on time, even when it starts to look like there will be delays. Can't recommend Cook Legal enough!

Went to sign some closing papers today and had to bring out two youngest with us. The staff were all very kind, bringing out paper/pens/toys for them, talking to them about Santa and Christmas while we signed, and offered them some candy. Very professional, extremely attentive.

Don’t recommend this place. We sold our house and they did the closing. We have confirmed the spelling of our name 10000 times because it kept getting spelled incorrectly. As so did our realtor. They shorted us money at closing (which is not the issue) so they sent a check. They had our name on all the documents correctly but managed to have it spelled incorrectly in the check. So now we have to send it back and do this again. It’s frustrating. We’re ready to be done with them.

As an agent I have had a difficult time finding closing attorneys that are able to affectively serve all of their clientele. The real estate market in the area right now is unprecedented, and most offices can not handle all of the closings being brought to them. This is my first time working with Cook Legal, so I expected (and told my sellers to expect) there to be the same sorts of delays. Cook legal easily went above and beyond our expectations. Maggie and Helen were both pleasant to work with. Maggie was always very responsive to emails. The attorney spoke with my clients and they were very impressed with him, they were just sad they didn't catch his first name.
