Gary was recommended to me by my realtor as being the best attorney to help me thru the process of purchasing a HUD owned property - due to his meticulous & thorough nature. I was immediately impressed by the detail in Gary's dialogue during our initial consultation - he very clearly stated the tasks at hand for our respective roles & was very transparent about items we needed clarity on from the government office we were working with. The following discussions with Gary were truly enjoyable - he would offer updates & never hesitated to explain the 'building blocks' of any particular aspect at my request. He was inspiring, even with his general status reports. When we worked our way into the homestretch of closing on the property, i mentioned that I was worried some of my labor crews would not be available to help remediate the property on our timeline, Gary worked on my behalf at warp speed to close on an updated schedule that solved this conflict. He was nothing short of a blessing!
