Frustrating experience with long wait times and lack of personalized assistance
“I was on hold for over 30 minutes and when i told someone my situation she said there was no one to help and sent me to an automated machine that had a number for finding a lawyer. I wasn't even able to ask additional questions after she sent me to the automated message.”
