I felt defeated but Mr. Pavey was very patient and understanding. After we settled I thought I was going into a financial crisis with legal fees. They refunded a substantial amount which I really appreciated. He definitely did his job thank you so much!
I also appreciated the break down of the cost. Some other local business(Wards Plumbing)should take notes.
