My son received a traffic violation while heading back to school. Mr. Earwood represented him in court so he didn't have to miss any school or have the stress of handling it alone. I'm glad we made that decision. Everyone I communicated with at Mr. Earwood's office was polite, responded quickly and put us at ease.

I received a speeding ticket (charged with 76 MPH in a 55 MPH zone) on December 30, 2019. Not only was I unable to pay the fine online, but also North Carolina carries a mandatory suspension for convictions of more than 15 mph over the speed limit. Nathan Earwood's firm represented me in court and Nathan negotiated the charge down to 60 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, avoiding the suspension and also eliminating any insurance consequences. Needless to say, I was both relieved and impressed. The firm is a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND RESULTS!!! Ryan was extremely proactive and responsive during the entire process. It was seamless and efficient. They went well above and beyond my expectations of being able to get an 80 in a 55 violation reduced down to an improper equipment. Would highly recommend.

Everyone very supportive and helpful. No points on license and since I am out of state, this was the absolutely the best resolution. Thanks.

I got a DWI and a speeding ticket in Cherokee County. Magistrate said. Come back plead guilty pay a $ 200.00 fine, license suspended for a year but only in NC, and we will set you free, nothing about court costs. I should have done that. But I looked online and found Mr. Earwood and hired him. Explained the situation to him. They even crossed out a date for court with NO initial. But that made no difference to Mr. Earwood, called it missing a coma or a period. Good thing he is not in finance. Banks do not take kindly to that. But in Cherokee county I guess it is different. The outcome was the same as I was told at the beginning, by the magistrate. Guilty to DWI, speeding ticket goes away. I could have saved a few dollars, gone to court myself. So if you are pleading GUILTY then YES he is the lawyer to see.
I could have appealed it I found out. However Mr. Earwood chose not too tell me that. Not money well spent.

Nathan and his assistant Ryan are outstanding at what they do. They took care of everything from start to finish and helped a year later when I needed a form. I would not use anyone else in the Sylva area....

What a great team Nathan Earwood has brought together. I was in need of their assistance and I could not be happier with the service I have received. All aspects of my case was handled with professionalism that exceeded my expectations. They accomplish this to such a degree I would consider them as friends or family and not just a bussiness.

I was delighted when Mr. Earwood's office called and said my ticket had been dismissed AND I'd be getting a nice refund! I feel certain I could not have negotiated this outcome on my own, and I'm very glad I called Mr. Earwood's office to represent me! Thank you, Mr. Earwood!!!
