I do not live in the county where I received a ticket. They made it easy and kept me informed. Highly recommended.

I was on a getaway weekend to Asheville. We decided to take the highway home after taking the backroads on the way up. After being on the highway for 10 minutes I was pulled over for an 85 in a 55 mile per hour zone. I was informed that I must appear in court and would lose my license for a year. Mr. Earwood's group appeared in court on my behalf and had my offence reduced to a 64 in a 55 zone. They communicated in a frank and timely manner to keep me informed of my case. I am very happy with the result. Not only did I not have to return to Haywood county I did not lose my license. Bravo!

Daughter is student at WCU. She got her first speeding ticket the last week of classes in May. Court date was not till late July. Received a speeding citation from a state trooper in Macon County. I was going way over speed limit which I didn't remember what it was as I had been on road all day and was in an area I had never been thru on my way home to Atlanta. Robert Hensley I give 5 stars to. He's always been knowledgeable, caring and on top of things. I would go to him any day for any legal matter. If you need an ethical and by the books attorney, Rob is your guy. Joe Collins on the other hand is rude and NOT someone I will deal with ever again. I was floored at how he spoke to me and was also completely unwilling to work with me long distance. I live in West TN and trying to handle some legal matters from here but he said there is no way he'd be doing anything unless I'm there in person.

I live in Pennsylvania and while traveling I did get a speeding ticket in North Carolina which I was going 15 miles over the speed limit which is an automatic suspension within that state, I was unable to really go to court in which they insisted I be there or hire a attorney so this is when I hired the services of Nathan Earwood.
