I used Mr. Earwood's firm to represent me at Traffic Court so that I didn't have to travel 8+ hours to and from. His staff was professional and responsive, and Mr. Earwood was able to get my violation reduced to one that should not affect my driving record. Time and money saver!

Mr Earwood and his staff are wonderful. Wasn't able to hire Mr Earwood till almost the last minute and he was still able to help my fiance and I with a case. Very reliable and friendly.

On a motorcycle trip to the Dragon's Tail near Robbinsville NC, I unfortunately met a NC State Trooper who gave me two moving violation tickets. Obviously, I were not very happy (even though I might have deserved them). I went to the Robbinsville courthouse to see what I could do - the VERY nice ladies there told me that one ticket could probably be dismissed, but I would definitely be getting points on my record for the second. I asked them if they could recommend a lawyer and they pointed out Mr. Earwood. When the people that work in the courthouse recommend someone, that speaks highly of his reputation. I called Mr Earwood's staff and they walked me though the process quickly and easily. While they made no promises on the outcome, they were accurate about the end results, that Mr. Earwood had one ticket dismissed and the other a non-moving violation with no points on my record. My husband recently received a speeding ticket while traveling in Swain County. I did not realize that NC has some of the strictest driving laws in the country i.e. mandatory court appearances, etc. We live in Michigan so that was completely out of the question. When we got back home a few days later, we had several letters in our mailbox from traffic attorneys. I carefully researched them all and Nathan Earwood was hands down the best for several reasons. 1. He had the most reviews online. 2. They offered fast and secure payment online, while other attorneys were asking for a check to be sent in the mail. 3. He received award for the 10 Best Attorney Client Satisfaction from the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys for 2017 and the AVVO Clients' Choice Award 2017, while no one else had anything next to their name. I knew I picked the right attorney, and everything was indeed simple. We paid them online and emailed our waiver of appearance, and they kept us up to speed on everything and were available via phone whenever we had any questions. Our fine was reduced and so were the points. I recommend him to anyone with a traffic ticket and would definitely use him again, although I hope we can pay careful attention to our driving so we won't have to use him in the future! One thing is for sure, if you are not from the area pay careful attention to speed limit changes.

Great customer service with great results! Mr. Earwood and his team let me know ahead of time they would be able to help myself, my father, brother, and a friend who all recieved the same ticket for "exceeding the posted speed."
