Lack of communication, preparation, extreme lack of urgency and clarity when it came to our mothers Will and Trust agreement. It was only after 5 calls and messages left as well as a no show scheduled meeting did they finally have the meeting. She passed before they even drew up documents.

We have worked with Mr. Hinton and his team (Sheila, Crystal, Reva) for a while (we have a very extensive estate file, different legal matters) and from beginning to end they have been informative, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. We truly appreciate their time and effort in handling several of our family legal matters (wills, HCPOAs, estates, commercial, etc.) Mr. Hinton has been very professional and direct from the first time we met him and we appreciate that. We don't have time for back and forth, miscommunication....his team has been transparent, honest (even when they have become overwhelmed with work due to client load and could not take on any other request at the time.) Most lawyers will just take your money and put you off as long as they can...we are thankful we have not experienced that issue with DeLoatch & Hinton. I suggest working with DeLoatch & Hinton (however you will have to get in line because his team is highly recommended.) Thanks!
