The secretary was very rude and seem to have a confidence problem by how how she talked to me. My wife called and she agreed to help..a week went by after saying she'd return a call back later that day.. My wife tried calling the following week and it's going to a blocked automated not voicemail.. I called from my number and the secretary answered and immediately hung up..It's obvious she blocked my wife's number for whatever reason 🤔..in my opinion this secretary is going to cost boyette a lot of business and terrible reviews. Besides it's boyettes name attached to every review.. She shouldn't represent your name..shes gonna cost you everything! Drop her back to the 30s she'd probably like it there

Good legal service, helpful staff

Very poor service. Secretary was rude, and prejudice. I called asking if they help with traffic violations and she said yes, very willing to help. Then I told her I was calling for my co-worker who is an operator and has no time to be on the phone, he received a driving without a license ticket and she automatically refused to help and when I asked why, seeing as she just told me they do handle traffic violations and was willing to get the information needed, she proceeded to say this lawyer is no longer accepting new clients. Very ill mannered and with great attitude. Would give zero stars if I could.
