Issues with documentation and refunds
“My experience with this law office has been ridiculous, apparently nothing is documented after speaking with Mr Hedrick on the phone, I paid $1500 for me to find out a case was closed on my own and contacted the office to let them know, Mr Hedrick told me that he would refund me $1200 I only received $900, after I contacted the office again THREE weeks ago due to what he told me he was refunding me and what he actually did was not correct, I haven't heard a call back since, left multiple messages and received nothing, so this man charged me $600 for me to let them know the case was closed, if you need anything family wise I would make sure everything is recorded on your end because apparently nothing is documented and you pay $300 an hour to let them know what's going on, and good luck getting a call back.”
