These folks ripped me off several years ago. I went to them to update and document my Will. From the initial interview, from which they had done nothing, they billed me for $1000.00 which I readily paid. Weeks, weeks went by with no response from them on the status of my new Will. I called them and they said they had “lost” my contact info and additionally lost, misplaced their notes taken during my initial interview. Wow! I was stunned. At this point, I lost all confidence and respect for this practice. Also, I felt very humiliated and disrespected. I called them and they sent me a 14, 15 pages draft will which had little to nothing to do with my wishes. I went back at some point and saw good ole Eddie. Again, he did not make me feel comfortable or that I was any worth. I note here, I am an elderly widow, of no importance or monetary value. I just wanted to update my Will. I left and never went back, nor did they, the Firm, ever call me or reach out to me for completion of my Will. They made an easy $1000.00 from me, which to me then, as now, is a lot of money. I do not recommend this Firm to anyone! They are polished lawyer professionals which used and abused me in their office, into which I went with full and honest intent. I got nothing in return other than still trying to ascertain why I was so treated. My money is lost and I still don’t understand why I was so treated. My Will is still not updated!😢
