It took some time to get my case settled due to some unique circumstances. I appreciate that Matt even took my case on, but I also appreciate the effort and diligence on his end to keep things going. The process was easy I sent requested info to show the car met the requirements and was sent an engagement letter. It does take some time to hear back as the manufacturers move slowly and even more so once approved just be patient. I got all of my money back on my car and and did very little work on my end.

Matt worked with me to settle a claim I had with a major car manufacturer for defects with my car. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about how to proceed with my claim, was very professional and timely with his communication. Matt was able to get my claim settled much to my satisfaction. Obviously if you have to call this guy, you are having a bad day and need someone to help. Matt answered and I gave him the story and he said this a clear cut case, he can help etc. So I filled out his form he requested which was deep and tedious. I then forwarded him everything he asked for. I have never heard back and since have called multiple times, emailed, called again, even called today one more time. Nothing, GHOSTED! HORRIBLE, do not call Update on 01/31 He has contacted me and is working with me so I edited review. Will update after we are finished handling my matter

Spoke to Matt a month ago about a situation I was having with a dealership. He sounded very motivated to take my case, he asked me for couple of things that he needed to start the lawsuit. I emailed him everything he asked for the same day, and send him the rest of the stuff two days later. I called his office at least once every day after I emailed him the documents he needed, but no one answered the phone. I kept calling his office and emailing him daily and as today a "month later", he never called me again. Very unprofessional way to treat a potential client that was going to bring money to his pocket. Contacted the office online chat, but as soon as I said that I was calling and email him for a while, that person ended the chat. The way he run his business is very disrespectful. If you didn't want to take my case, you could've said that from day one. Don't ask for documentation if you had no intentions of use it. Very unprofessional, please use another attorney.

If he’s not interested, you’ll be ghosted! I contacted Matt with a potential case and after an initial consultation and submitting all of my case files, Matt simply decided not to contact me back. No professional courtesy to let me know that he was not interested and several emails and calls gone unanswered. Completely un professional.

Matt Norris is AMAZING. He got the job done and very quickly. He answered all our questions and took care of everything for us. We went to him with our problem, he found the solution, and he got us paid (very quickly, I might add). Our GMC SIERRA was brand new, off the showroom floor and he had it for a little over a year and it had been in the shop over 25 times and we kept getting the run around and the car company kept telling us that at least it’s under warranty. We were like, “That’s why we always buy brand new vehicles, so we won’t have these kinds of issue”. They wanted to remind us that at least we can keep bringing it back and not pay! Well what about when it’s not under warranty??? We got fed up, and we got Matt Norris!!! His professionalism and efficiency was unmatched. You better check this law firm out!
