I went to see Sarah Beth Withers after seeing her 5 star google review to get some estate questions answered. I HIGHLY recommend anyone that is needing estate planning of any level to go see her. Her high level of expertise gave me in-site to all that I was needing to take care of my father's estate. My mind was blown when I left the Clerk of Courts office with a stack of paperwork that needed to be completed and things that need to be done. I needed advice on how to move forward and to do it correctly. Sarah Beth gave me what I was needing and reassured me that everything would be ok. Many attorneys are bland and to the point. Sarah Beth has a wonderful personality that shows her desire to help you out during your time of need. I will return to see her for all of my future planning needs. If you are seeking legal advice for bankruptcy, guardianship, and/or estates she would be your go to attorney.
