I wanted to share my experience with your receptionist because it left me with a bad impression. She came across as rude and dismissive during our conversation, which was frustrating. When I mentioned that I might look into other options, her tone completely changed, and she suddenly became much friendlier. Honestly, it felt insincere and unprofessional. Because of this interaction, I’ve decided not to move forward with your firm. I just wanted to share this feedback because first impressions are so important, especially in this line of work.

I could not be happier with their communication and service! They were able to get my speeding ticket reduce to a non-moving violation so it did not impact my insurance. I looked at quite a few attorneys and am SO glad that I went with Amanda and team!!

I would recommend bramble and bramble to anyone who needs an amazing lawyer! This was my first ticket and they got it dropped and have great prices (as I’m a college student and it didn’t break my pockets). The staff is amazing and super helpful and they handled everything for me! I highly recommend!!!

Not a good experience. Lacked communication throughout case and did not really fight for me during trial, as the DA and state trooper depicted me to be an absolute mess. Discussed matters that could potentially help case in court and once to trial, none of matters were brought up. If I knew the experience was going to be like this, I would’ve saved $1,500 and got a court appointed lawyer. Don’t use him for a DWI case.

Paid them 900 they said I wouldn't have to go to court. Then get letter from them on Friday saying to be in court Tuesday. Still had to pay cost and fine. Never going back.

Ive hired Bramble law firm in the past to handle speeding tickets. Never had a problem with their service except for the lady who answers the phones. She is rude and I despise rude people. Was told he would give me a call and unfortunately I wasn't able to answer when he did. She acted as if I'm supposed to sit by my phone and wait for him to call. I also have a job. Working with loud machinery and equipment 5 to 7 days week. Not always by my phone or able to hear it ring. I'm paying for a service and should be treated with respect and decency. Not to be talked down to like I'm some two bit criminal.
