I missed my consultation, David called me back personally and wanted details of my case. I told him that I wanted to do a TPR that my oldest sons father had never really been around and that in the future my husband wanted to adopt him. He came in on a Sunday to meet with me and in a matter of days he had the ball rolling. My ex was not an easy one to have served but David and Casey got it accomplished! Originally for the TPR I was suppose to have 2 hearings, but he got EVERYTHING taken care of that first day. After 20 minutes on the stand the judge granted the termination of parental rights, and now me and my family can finally move on! David is a very honest person, and he will tell you like it is. He goes above and beyond for his clients! I would recommend him for ALL your legal needs!
